West Wilson Utility District previously left a door hanger at the customer's home if the water bill was two months past due. Beginning July 1, 2022, we will no longer leave a door hanger. If your bill is two months past due, your water service will be subject to disconnection without further notice any time after your due date.

West Wilson Utility locator crews will locate and mark our water utility lines. However, we will not locate customer-owned water lines: those running from your meter to your house.
