Gray's Pottery, also spelled as Grays Pottery and formally known as A.E. Gray Ltd. was a British pottery company based in Hanley, Staffordshire, later Stoke-upon-Trent, which existed until it was taken over by Portmeirion Pottery in 1960.

Based on pattern number research, it can be estimated that Gray’s Pottery produced of the order of 19,000 different patterns. Many are easily identified as being unique but some are variations of a specific theme: perhaps using subtly different colourways, using a different edge-line or using a matt rather than a shiny glaze.

The business of Grays was set up in 1907 in Manchester, England by Edward Gray, pottery salesman. In 1912 the business moved to Hanley in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. A name to conjure with and associated with Grays is the famous designer Susie Cooper who worked there between 1922 and 1929 reaching the level of Art Director.
