NFL insider Albert Breer reported that the Raiders are interviewing former Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera for its head coaching vacancy on Friday.

Although he's received interest for just about every head coaching opening, the Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly gaining "a lot of momentum" on hiring Johnson, according to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal Wednesday. Now, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport has confirmed the Raiders-Johnson buzz on an episode of The Insiders.

Former NFL defensive back Adam "Pacman" Jones claims to have the inside scoop on who the Las Vegas Raiders are hiring as their next head coach, and Raiders fans will be very pleased with who he said.

The Las Vegas Raiders seem to be in the lead in the Ben Johnson sweepstakes, to see who will land him as head coach. But, they still need to interview more head coaches in case the Johnson deal just doesn't work out,
