A man has been charged over the death of a woman in a car crash on the M6 nearly two years ago. Chloe Williams, 19, from Dudley, was a passenger in one of three cars involved in the collision near Sandbach in Cheshire in December 2022.

The driver of the Toyota has now been formally identified as 42-year-old Jaroslaw Rossa, of Kilvaxter Drive in Glasgow. Two of his sons, Dominic Rossa, aged seven, and Filip Rossa, aged 15, were also in the car, Cumbria Police said.
