After becoming famous as a supreme soul-pop songbird with ’60s classics such as “Anyone Who Had a Heart,” “Walk on By” and “Do You Know the Way to San Jose,” the 83-year-old legend will be enshrined into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday.

Dionne Warwick has seen a lot in her 83 years, but something truly surprised her in 2024. The New Jersey music legend was announced as an incoming member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Warwick, who officially joins the hall at the induction ceremony Saturday,

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class included Mary J. Blige, Foreigner, the late Jimmy Buffett and A Tribe Called Quest, among others.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees. In 83-year-old Dionne Warwick's decades-long music career, she has earned five Grammy Awards and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as a spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a Kennedy Center Honor.

Inductees this year also included A Tribe Called Quest and Dave Matthews Band, and posthumous recognition for Jimmy Buffett, MC5, Alexis Korner, John Mayall, Norman Whitfield and Big Mama Thornton.
