The results of Houston ISD Superintendent Mike Miles' "confidential" annual performance evaluation are now known, and if one of his students scored the grade he received on his assessment, perhaps a visit to a "team center"—converted libraries where students with behavior issues are sometimes placed—would be in order for the state-appointed boss.
