ACS launches investigation into death of 4-year-old Harlem boy
The Administration for Children’s Services is breaking its silence on the death of a 4-year-old Harlem boy. Jahmeik Modlin died of starvation last Monday. ACS now says it’s conducting an “in-depth” review to determine whether they could have helped prevent this tragedy.
