The Princess Royal has returned to Southmead Hospital to thank the team which treated her following Her Royal Highness’s accident in June 2024.

The Princess Royal has returned to the hospital where she was treated after her suspected horse-related accident to thank medical teams for their care. Anne arrived at Southmead Hospital in Bristol on Thursday to reunite with doctors and nurses who looked after her, and tour the building.

The royal told the staff at Bristol’s Southmead Hospital that she doesn’t remember the details of her injury, adding “sadly, I don’t have huge memories of being in here either.”
