This week relic hunters found a field full of 2000 year old artifacts. These Native American artifacts such as arrowheads, spear points, and pottery tell the story of ancient people from years past.

Students will be able to read, see and touch authentic Native American artifacts and learn about the lives and times of the Native Americans who lived in this state before it was settled.

NAGPRA, the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, has been around since 1990 and is the reason why Blue Licks Park’s Pioneer Museum may be parting with 274 artifacts.
