A new-look Houston Astros team is gearing up for the 2025 regular season, and for the first time in about a decade, they are not a consensus frontrunner to win
Houston Astros manager Joe Espada confirmed that the plan is for Jose Altuve to play most of his games in left field in 2025.
With a new position, new teammates and a new name on the ballpark, things in Houston will look quite different for Altuve this season.
On Sunday, however, Altuve was put to the test. During the first inning a ball got past shortstop Luis Guillorme and Altuve had to field the ball and throw home. The throw was wide and the Nationals scored their first run of the game.
