The 15-year-old faces felony counts of armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, and unlawful use of a weapon while possessing a weapon.

The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday that a 24-year-old Oakland man was charged in connection with the armed robbery of two elderly people. The DA’s office said Fernando Michael Lamson faces two counts of second-degree robbery for Wednesday’s incident.

Jeremy Dewayne Thomas, 18, is charged with capital murder in the slaying Xavier “Zay” Colvert, who has been studying mechanical engineering. Authorities say it appears Colvert was set up to be robbed.

Latrell Dixon Jordan, 25, has been charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery in connection with a 2023 shooting. The incident took place on May 17, 2023, in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, where a 28-year-old man was shot and killed.
