In what you can say is a guest-starring role, Waithe will portray Dr. Evynn Moore, a doctor who trained under the guidance of Debbie Allen’s iconic character, Catherine Fox. Dr. Moore arrives at Grey Sloan in search of help for her wife (played by Andrea Bordeaux), who is grappling with a rare and mysterious illness.

Lena Waithe is headed to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Waithe will have a guest-starring role on Grey’s Anatomy. Waithe’s first episode, “Jump (for My Love),” will air March 13, and her arc will cover two episodes.
