Prime Video has hammered out a multi-year agreement for Lionsgate movies. As part of the new deal, Prime Video will have an exclusive early window following STARZ's exclusive first-run window beginning with Lionsgate's 2026 theatrical releases available to U.

The agreement will see titles like ‘Now You See Me 3’ and ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’ land on the streamer after leaving cinemas and Starz’s earlier exclusive first-run window.

Amazon and Lionsgate have struck a streaming deal to have as many as 20 Lionsgate theatrical releases stream on Prime Video each year.

Prime Video adds a lot of new movies every month. In January 2025, the streaming service bolstered its movie library with more than 85 new additions. Naturally, with so many new flicks being added at a time, it’s pretty easy for some must-watch gems to get a little lost in the mix.
