A man who was driving his car the wrong way on a motorway, causing a crash in which he was one of five people killed, has been named by police. Richard Woods, 40, was driving a Skoda on the motorway near Tebay services in Cumbria on October 15 when the car collided with a Toyota. He was sadly pronounced dead on the scene.

Police have named the driver of the Skoda who was killed in a horror head-on-crash on the M6 last week that also left four members of the same family dead. He has been identified as Richard Woods, aged 40, from Cambridgeshire.
