MIAMI, Fla. (WFLA) — The search for the 66-year-old woman who fell from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship has been called off. On Thursday morning, the U.S. Coast Guard Southeast announced that the Royal Bahamas Defence Force was suspending the search efforts, “pending further developments,” and no longer required assistance from the Coast Guard.

The search for a woman who fell from a Taylor Swift-themed cruise ship in the Bahamas was suspended Wednesday, a day after she went into the water, officials said.

"Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas had a man overboard last night. A guest on board told Cruise Radio that Code Oscar was called out around 9.35 on Tuesday evening," Parker shared.
