Bombardier separately announced strong results for the fourth quarter, with full-year revenues rising 8 per cent to $8.7bn, driven by a record performance in its services business, and 146 aircraft deliveries. Adjusted earnings before tax were up 11 per cent year-on-year to $1.36bn.

Bombardier on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter decline in profit and slower-than-expected revenue growth and said it won't provide guidance for 2025 due to the uncertainty posed by the threat of U.S. import tariffs on Canadian goods.

Bombardier (BBD.B:CA) on Thursday said it didn’t provide an earnings forecast for the current year because of the uncertain effects of a trade dispute between Canada and the United States. The Canadian planemaker also beat Wall Street’s estimates for quarterly earnings amid sustained demand for jets.
