Denise Wilz hand makes Redware pottery in the traditions of the Pennsylvania German potters. Her tulips, birds and hearts are inspired by Pennsylvania German folk art of all kinds. Studio is open by appointment. She teaches the art of sgraffito, along with the slip-trailing technique, in workshops. She is a Master Artisan with the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen and is listed in the Directory of Traditional American Crafts presented by Early American Life magazine.
